A bear escaped for the second time in one month from the American St. Louis Zoo, which forced park officials to close it, as the bear weighs about 300 pounds and is called Ben, who previously escaped on February 7, and this is the second time that he escapes after he managed to break New stainless steel brackets added by staff to try to prevent Ben from getting out again, according to the Daily Mail.

Zoo visitor Drew Wilson and his family spotted Ben wandering across a remote road, and reported his escape. Ben was found an hour later lounging quietly by a river before being drugged and taken to another location.

The St. Louis Zoo, also called the St. Louis Zoo, is home to more than 16,000 animals, many of which are endangered. The zoo conducts active animal escape training at least four times a year and was prepared when Ben, who lives in a zoo, escaped. St. Louis since July 2021 as part of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums’ Andean Bear Species Survival Plan.

The cunning bear was able to free himself from his habitat after tampering with some steel nets that eventually untied the cable and allowed him to break free. The accident occurred before the zoo was opened to the public, while none of the animals or employees were harmed.
