Representative Hassan Al-Riyati asked the Prime Minister about the employment announcements that the Aqaba Development Company had put forward during the period from 1/1/2020 AD to date, and whether these jobs were announced through them, in what language were they written, and by what means were the announcements made. About it, with providing me with all the advertising documents, and all the correspondences that took place between the company and the parties through which the announcement was made.

MP Al-Riyati asked about the mechanism for creating jobs at the Aqaba Development Company, with providing me with the company’s internal system and all the regulations and instructions related to employment and the company’s salary scale, requesting to provide him with all the minutes and decisions related to creating jobs that took place during the period from 1/1/2018 AD to date.

He said, “What are the jobs that have been created in Aqaba Development Company during the period from 1/1/2021 AD to date, how many applicants were for each job, were they interviewed, and where were they interviewed, and whether all applicants for these jobs were subjected to the prescribed oral and written tests, and who They are the committees that interviewed job applicants, their administrative positions and qualifications, and how they were formed.”

Please direct the following question to the Prime Minister.

the question :

1- How many job advertisements did the Aqaba Development Company offer during the period from 1/1/2020 AD to date, and what jobs were announced through them, in what language were they written, and by what means were announced, with all the advertisement documents, And all the correspondences that took place between the company and the parties through which it was announced?

2- What is the mechanism for creating jobs at the Aqaba Development Company, providing me with the company’s internal system and all the regulations and instructions related to employment and the company’s salary scale, and providing me with all the minutes and decisions related to job creation that took place during the period from 1/1/2018 AD to date?

3- Provide me with all the job titles with the Aqaba Development Company, the salaries of those who occupy them, including job benefits, housing allowance and any financial allowances they receive, the vehicles that were paid to them, the date of appointment of each employee, and the qualifications and experience he holds?

4- What are the jobs that have been created in the Aqaba Development Company during the period from 1/1/2021 AD to date, how many applicants were for each job, were they interviewed, and where were they interviewed, and whether all applicants for these jobs were subjected to the prescribed oral and written tests, and who What are the committees that interviewed job applicants, what are their administrative positions and qualifications, and how were they formed, providing me with all the documents of job applicants and the electronic and written correspondence that took place with them since they applied for jobs and their date, and providing me with all interview documents and results, and the salaries and benefits specified for each job?

5- Did the Aqaba Development Company conduct employment interviews outside Aqaba Governorate, when and where did that take place, what jobs were the interviews for, and what were the expenses and the full cost of these interviews, indicating

What is the cost of renting interview venues, and who conducted the interviews, and what are the financial allowances they received as a result of conducting interviews outside Aqaba Governorate, and what are the reasons for holding interviews outside the company’s headquarters in Aqaba Governorate?

6- Why does the Aqaba Development Company refuse to amend the conditions for applying for jobs in it, so that it is not employed from outside residents in the Aqaba Governorate, unless there are no job applicants who meet the conditions for jobs from within the governorate, similar to the Civil Service Bureau?

7- Why were the people of Aqaba Governorate excluded from the appointments that took place during the last three months of its history, given that they obtained high grades during the interviews? deputy
