The selling price of a gram of 21 karat gold, the most desired by citizens in the local market, today, Saturday, reached 37.40 dinars for the purpose of buying citizens from goldsmiths shops, compared to 35.80 for the seller, amid good demand.
The selling price of one gram of gold, 24 and 18 karat, for the purposes of buying from goldsmiths’ shops, reached 44.40 and 33.40 dinars, respectively.
The Secretary of the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelery and Jewelery Trade and Crafting, Rebhi Allan, indicated in a statement to (Petra) that the price of the guidance lira, weighing 7 grams, amounted to 261 dinars, while the price of the English lira, weighing 8 grams, reached 298 dinars.
Allan indicated that the prices of the yellow metal closed in the global market yesterday, Friday, at 1828 dollars per ounce.
