A burnt-out cottage in Holtville, California, is for sale for $1 million, even though it is located in a city of fewer than 6,000, the poorest area in the state, just 10 miles from the Mexican border, according to the New York Post.
The pictures shown of the hut reveal that it was completely destroyed, as it was previously burned, and large parts of it were destroyed, leaving only the wooden columns.

Other photos of East Underwood Road reveal a series of dangerous uppers, and there appears to be another group of wooden huts scattered beside the one for sale.
These buildings include a high roof with clerestory windows, a pallet balcony, and words Costumes & More Painted above its doorless entrance, as well as a badly burned structure and a whitewashed log house of some sort.
Together, the cabins measure 1,032 square feet with one bathroom and two bedrooms in between.

And recently, due to its location on the seashore, an attractive two-bedroom cottage with balconies, no more wide than a London bus, was offered for sale for about half a million pounds sterling, or about a million dollars. The property is located in the coastal city of Padstow in Cornwall, and it consists of two floors, a bathroom and one living room.
The exterior of the house and the courtyard are painted blue, and it also includes a blue-tiled kitchen. The widest room in the house is the master bedroom, measuring 8 feet 2 inches wide, about the width of two buses. New Routemaster in London one inch wide by 8 feet 3 inches.
The narrowest room is the second bedroom, which is just 5ft 9in wide, and the unique home has previously appeared in TV programmes, according to The Independent.
