Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei warned on Tuesday that his country is capable of sinking the American aircraft carrier sailing in the Gulf, coinciding with the launch of indirect negotiations between Washington and Tehran in Geneva. Khamenei said, “We hear without stopping” that the United States “sent a warship towards Iran,” adding, “A warship is undoubtedly a dangerous thing, but the most dangerous thing is the weapon capable of sinking it.”
