Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani confirmed on Wednesday evening that the “Reconstruction and Development” coalition he leads topped the results of the legislative elections, shortly after the Independent High Electoral Commission announced preliminary results that showed it obtaining the largest number of votes.
