Today, Thursday, gold prices in the local market rose by 40 piasters per gram.

According to the Syndicate of Owners of Jewelery and Jewelery Trade and Crafting, the selling price of a gram of 21 carat gold most desired by Jordanians in the local market reached 35.90 dinars for the purpose of buying citizens from goldsmiths shops.

The selling price of a gram of 24 and 18 karat gold for the purpose of buying from goldsmiths’ shops reached 42.70 and 32.10 dinars, respectively.

There are approximately 850 gold merchants and makers in all regions of the Kingdom.
