Amman – Prince Hamzah Youth City Club recorded a new achievement in its sports record after the club team’s distinguished participation in the Kingdom Open Muay Thai Championship, which was held in the capital Amman during the period from 11 to 15 February 2026, where 20 of the club’s players participated in the tournament, led by international coach Omar Haddad. The club’s champions were able to win five gold medals, five silver medals, in addition to six bronze medals, bringing the total medals to 16. Colored medal.

The outcome of participation was as follows:

The club’s executive director, Ahmed Al-Hassan, expressed his pride in the honorable performance provided by the players, stressing that this achievement is added to the series of successes achieved by the club’s teams in various sports.

Al-Hassan said, “We are proud of our heroic children who have proven that commitment and hard work are the path to achievement.” What has been achieved today is the result of continuous support and a clear plan aimed at creating champions capable of representing the club in the best way.

Al-Hassan added, “We also extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to the Jordanian Muay Thai Federation for its efforts in organizing the tournament and to the organizing committee and all the referees who contributed to the success of this tournament and to produce it in a distinctive way that reflects the development of the sport of Muay Thai at the level of the Kingdom.”

Al-Hassan concluded by stressing that the club’s management, within the directives of the Ministry of Youth, will continue to support the club’s sports teams and provide the appropriate training environment to hone young talents, in a way that enhances the club’s position and ensures continued achievement in future tournaments.
