Amman – Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Nour bint Asem, Orange Jordan sponsored the WorkWell Amman 2026 conference, the first leadership conference in Jordan focusing on the link between well-being and organizational performance, which was organized by the Coaching and Self-Development Association in cooperation with the Haya Cultural Center and the Ithra Training Center.

The conference was a national platform that brought together executive leaders, human resources managers, professionals, and well-being experts, to open an in-depth dialogue on redesigning work environments and building a more humane, flexible, and sustainable organizational culture. The conference addressed basic topics that included job burnout, institutional pressures, psychological safety in the workplace, leadership styles and their impact on behavior and performance, in addition to the role of coaching and human-centered leadership in enhancing productivity without attrition.

The conference also highlighted practical tools based on the foundations of psychology and coaching, which help individuals and institutions improve focus, build resilience, regulate emotions, and make more conscious decisions, which directly reflects on professional performance and job sustainability, and contributes to supporting Jordan’s move towards a healthier and more effective workforce.
