Ammon – The Jordanian Petroleum Refinery Company warns citizens against dealing with electronic links that promote prizes or fuel refill vouchers that bear the name “Jopetrol” or the company logo, and claim to provide a free refill voucher worth 100 dinars or the like, stressing that these links are fake and not issued by the company.

The company stressed that any promotional campaigns or official competitions are announced exclusively through the approved official platforms, including the official website and social media pages of “Jopetrol.”

The company called on citizens not to enter any personal or banking information through these suspicious links, in order to preserve their privacy and the safety of their data, noting that it will follow up the matter with the competent authorities to take the necessary measures against those who use their name illegally.
