Rasheed added: The patient is advised to take pressure treatment in the morning period of the day after waking up. He continued: The pressure patient is always advised to exercise regularly, as it leads to very effective regulation of pressure levels within the body, and it is also recommended to take good amounts of daily fluids and make the amount of salt added to food relatively small.

Rashid also called on pressure patients to treat the causes of stress, and this is related to the patient himself, as he must stay away from treatments that increase pressure rates; For example, ibuprofen, Voltaren, or the same family of pain relievers.
