After collecting Tutankhamun’s golden belongings in one place for the first time since the discovery of his tomb more than a century ago, thousands of visitors flocked on Tuesday morning to the Grand Egyptian Museum to see these unique treasures. The golden mask of the king who ruled ancient Egypt more than three thousand years ago is displayed in the middle of a huge, dimly lit hall, surrounded by his golden treasures.
