Jordan condemns Houthi attack on Radhum and Dabba oil ports

Today, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi, received a phone call from Yemeni Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, during which they discussed the repercussions of the terrorist attack launched by the Houthi militia on the Rudhum and Dabba oil ports.
Dr. Mubarak Al-Safadi described the developments of the situation in the sisterly Republic of Yemen, and the repercussions of the Houthi terrorist attack, which represents a clear violation of international resolutions and efforts aimed at reducing escalation and reaching an agreement to end the Yemeni crisis and achieve security and stability.
Al-Safadi condemned the Houthi attack as a terrorist act and an undermining of efforts to resolve the Yemeni crisis and restore security and stability.
Al-Safadi stressed the need to renew the armistice, which mitigated the repercussions of the crisis on the brotherly Yemeni people, and the Houthis’ response to the efforts made to reach a political solution to the crisis in accordance with United Nations resolutions and approved references.
Al-Safadi praised the positions of the legitimate Yemeni government and its measures to achieve peace in brotherly Yemen.
Al-Safadi stressed that the Kingdom will continue to stand with the brotherly Yemeni people, support the legitimate government, and support its positions and efforts to resolve the crisis, in order to enjoy security, stability and development, in a manner that guarantees the security of Yemen and the security of the brothers in the Arab Gulf.
