Relatives of the detainee Anas Al-Jamal said that the security services informed them that he is wanted by the State Security Court again after the court decided last Sunday to release him, but the decision to return the governor of Irbid was a direct reason to prevent the implementation of the court’s decision until this moment.
The camel’s family added that the State Security Court had informed them earlier that there were no requests against him and that he would be released after being presented to the governor of Irbid.
The family of the activist Al-Jamal revealed that they were surprised this morning that he was not in the northern Irbid security center after he was there yesterday, stressing that they have not yet been able to know the whereabouts of their son.
The activist’s family demanded his release, especially since there are no other judicial requests against him, and this was confirmed by the lawyers entrusted with the case, wondering, “Is their son subjected to retaliatory measures until he is deported as he is called and hidden in this way?”
The failure to implement the decision to release the camel provoked angry reactions from activists on social networking sites:
