The Director General of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority, Tariq Al-Habashneh, and his Saudi counterpart, Rumaih Al-Rumaih, discussed a number of transport files between the two brotherly countries, including the postponement of work on the operational life of trucks and foreign travel cars.

The Transport Authority said in a press statement today, Monday, that the meeting comes in light of the communication and coordination that took place between the Minister of Transport, Eng. Wajih Al-Azayzeh, and his Saudi counterpart, Engineer Saleh Al-Jasser.

The statement added that Al-Rumaih promised, during the meeting in Riyadh, to study the request to postpone work on the decision of the operational life of Jordanian trucks transiting to Saudi Arabia.
