Hala News – The Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Saeb Khreisat, confirmed that the Syndicate of Agricultural Engineers is a strategic national partner in developing the agricultural sector and empowering young talents.

This came during his sponsorship of the legal oath-taking ceremony for new members, in the presence of the Head of the Syndicate of Agricultural Engineers, Engineer Ali Abu Nuqtah, his deputy, Engineer Shadi Al-Qaisi, members of the Syndicate Council, the Director General of the National Center for Agricultural Research, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Rawashdeh, the Director of the Agricultural Credit Corporation, Engineer Muhammad Al-Doujan, and representatives of unions and agricultural associations.

He pointed out that the next stage requires deepening institutional partnership and providing a supportive environment that allows new agricultural engineers to effectively engage in the opportunities provided by the economic modernization program for the agricultural sector.

Abu Nuqt said that joining the new members is a foundational step in a career path linked to the future of the agricultural sector, developing it and enhancing its position, indicating that the agricultural engineer represents an element of balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

He added that the union places capacity building and youth empowerment at the core of its priorities through an integrated system of technical and vocational rehabilitation and training, which opens broad horizons for creativity and excellence and enhances the readiness of members for active engagement in the future, within a stimulating professional environment based on partnership, trust and investment in people.

An extensive introductory presentation was presented that shed light on the union’s structure, role and services, in addition to presenting the package of opportunities available to new members in the fields of training, qualification, employment, and supporting the establishment of pioneering projects and small agricultural projects.
