Ammon – The Kafr El-Maa Integrated Youth Center for Youth and Women organized, yesterday, Wednesday, a dialogue workshop entitled “Effective Communication,” with the participation of 15 young men from the age group (12-18) years.

The workshop was presented by volunteer Raghad Al-Doumi, and it discussed the concept of effective communication, its importance in daily life, and the mechanisms for applying it correctly, in addition to clarifying the organizational structure of management and the concept of administrative hierarchy and its impact on promoting a work environment based on clarity and respect.

It also touched on the role of social networking sites in enhancing communication skills, how to invest in them positively and effectively, and use them as a means of expression and participation in decision-making within sound frameworks.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the participants stressed the importance of spreading awareness of the culture of effective communication because of its role in building a leadership personality capable of dialogue and positive interaction with others.
