Two Hamas leaders, Ismail Haniyeh and Khaled Meshaal, arrived in the capital, Amman, to participate in the burial and funeral ceremonies of the leader Ibrahim Ghosheh.

Mishaal and Haniyeh attended the University of Jordan Mosque in the capital, Amman, where the funeral prayer is held, amid a welcome and welcome from the worshipers.

The Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” thanked King Abdullah II Ibn al-Hussein, for agreeing to enter the movement’s political bureau chief, Ismail Haniyeh, and the movement’s leader abroad, Khaled Meshaal, and a number of Hamas leaders. This came in a tweet posted by a member of the Hamas Political Bureau, Izzat Al-Rishq, on his Twitter account, Thursday evening, in which he said: “All thanks and appreciation to His Majesty King Abdullah II for agreeing to the brothers’ entry to participate in the funeral of the deceased.”

Al-Rishq explained: “Brother Ismail Haniyeh, head of the political bureau of Hamas, and brother Khaled Meshaal, head of Hamas abroad, will arrive in Amman tomorrow, Friday, to participate in the funeral of the beloved brother, the Mujahid Ibrahim Ghosheh, may God have mercy on him.”

Engineer Ibrahim Ghosheh, one of the most prominent leaders of the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas”, died on Thursday, at the age of 85, in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
