Ammon – Engineer Abdullah Bani Hani, Director General of the Mahafati Foundation for Voluntary Work and Training, a member of the Irbid Governorate Council and a member of the Board of Directors of the Register of Associations, stressed the great importance of what was included in the Royal Throne Speech delivered by His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Great Ibn Al-Hussein, during the opening of the second regular session of the twentieth National Assembly, which formed a comprehensive national road map that enhances the process of political, economic and administrative reform and modernization that His Majesty leads with confidence and ability.

Bani Hani said that, in his lofty speech, His Majesty the King put everyone before their national responsibilities, calling for serious and sincere work to continue implementing the comprehensive modernization vision with its three tracks, in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable development, improving the citizen’s standard of living, and enhancing Jordanians’ confidence in their institutions and in their ability to create the future.

He pointed out that what His Majesty said about the need to continue developing the public sector, the educational and health systems, and raising the efficiency of transportation and public services, reflects the keenness of the Hashemite leadership for citizens to feel the direct impact of the reform process on their daily lives, in a way that consolidates the principle of a state that serves its citizens.

Bani Hani stressed that His Majesty the King’s reference to Jordanian youth, led by His Royal Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, Crown Prince, may God protect and preserve him, came to embody His Majesty’s deep belief in the pivotal role of youth in protecting the nation, building its modern renaissance, and consolidating the values of belonging and giving that have distinguished the journey of Jordanians across generations.
He added that when His Majesty the King described the youth as soldiers of the nation and that the Crown Prince is his son and the son of all Jordanians, he is confirming that Jordan’s future is entrusted to its youth, and that investing in their energies and capabilities is the true guarantee of sustainable security, stability and prosperity.

Engineer Bani Hani also appreciated what was stated in the High Speech regarding the firm Jordanian positions towards Arab issues, especially the Palestinian issue, where His Majesty reaffirmed Jordan’s permanent support for the brothers in Gaza and the West Bank, and the historic Hashemite custodianship of the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Al-Quds Al-Sharif, which is a principled position that translates the Jordanian state’s established constants in defending justice and human dignity.

Bani Hani concluded his statement by saying that His Majesty King Abdullah II, in his speech today, outlined the features of a new phase of national resolve, the title of which is hard work and rallying around the victorious Hashemite leadership, for the sake of a Jordan that is strong in its institutions, prosperous with its youth, steadfast in its principles, and moving confidently towards the bright future, God Almighty willing.
