Ammon – The Honorary Consul of the Republic of Fiji in Jordan, businessman Musa Hanna Al-Bajjali, praised the sublime royal speech delivered by His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein before the National Assembly, stressing that the Jordanians needed such a speech at this particular time, because of the meanings of nobility and determination it carries and raising national morale.

Al-Bajali said that His Majesty the King stressed in his speech that the Jordanian people, as long as they rally around their Hashemite leadership, fear no one except God Almighty, noting that this position strengthens mutual trust between the leadership and the people and renews the spirit of belonging and loyalty to the homeland.

He added that the King’s speech came as a roadmap for the government to implement national projects and develop existing ones, and work to achieve positive interconnection between the public and private sectors, which contributes to advancing the national economy and enhancing the investment environment.

Al-Bajali pointed out that the speech carried a message of reassurance to Jordanians after a period of anxiety, and reaffirmed that Jordan is a well-established country that is not an emergency on the regional scene, as it has been ruled by five kings over more than a hundred years, which reflects the stability of its institutions and the solidity of its approach.

Al-Bajali explained that, in his speech, His Majesty the King outlined clear features of the economic modernization vision, which focuses on meeting the needs of citizens in the sectors of education, health, transportation, and other issues that are directly related to their daily lives.

He concluded by emphasizing the importance of reducing bureaucracy and removing obstacles facing investors, in a way that enhances the confidence of the private sector and pushes towards achieving the sustainable development sought by His Majesty the King and the Jordanian people.
