Ammon – The head of the administrative body of the We Are All Behind Our Hashemite Leadership team, Hashem Muhammad Al Khattab, accompanied by the deputy head of the administrative body, Engineer Saad Khaled Al-Baya’a, met with the Director of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Department, Brigadier General Engineer Omar Al-Qar’an, where he praised the great efforts made by the administration in developing and improving the level of services provided to citizens.

Brigadier General Al-Qar’an welcomed the visit of Al-Khattab and the accompanying delegation, appreciating the team’s initiative in highlighting the development efforts witnessed by the administration and stressing the continuation of work to enhance the quality of services and facilitate procedures for auditors.

Al Khattab stressed the importance of the major service role played by the Licensing Department, appreciating its constant endeavor to modernize the work system and simplify procedures in a way that enhances performance efficiency and improves the quality of service.

He also praised the technical developments witnessed by the administration, stressing the importance of developing a mechanism for practical examination of drivers using artificial intelligence techniques, as this has an impact on achieving accuracy, transparency, and raising the level of traffic safety.

Al Khattab referred to the decision issued to unify the duration of the driving license to ten years, considering it an important step that contributes to facilitating procedures, reducing burdens on citizens, and enhancing the efficiency of services.

Al Khattab stressed the support of the We Are All Behind Our Hashemite Leadership team for the directions of the Public Security Directorate in the field of digital transformation and the adoption of modern technology, which contributes to improving the quality of services and enhancing citizens’ confidence in official institutions.
