Sarrah News – For the second year in a row, Umniah, a Beyon company and ranked as the best mobile network in Jordan, continues to enhance its record of achievements by winning the “Excellence in Customer Experience in the Telecommunications Sector – Jordan 2026” award, presented by the International Business Magazine, confirming its leadership and solid position in providing advanced digital experiences and innovative solutions in the Jordanian market.

The International Business Magazine Awards, which are considered one of the most prominent global awards, are given to companies that achieve exceptional achievements in various sectors around the world. The winners are selected by a specialized jury according to precise criteria that include innovation, excellence in service provision, and the ability to meet customer needs in advanced and sustainable ways.

The committee selected Umniah based on its fulfillment of all eligibility criteria and its demonstration of advanced levels of excellence in customer experience and service within the telecommunications sector.

This honor comes in addition to the company’s record of achievements, as Umniah recently won the title of best cellular Internet network in Jordan according to Ocla International’s evaluations, in a station that reflects the strength of its infrastructure and its continued investments in developing the network.
