Global prices of oil derivatives rise – Amman Today

Amman Today – The prices of petroleum derivatives rose globally in the second week of February, compared to their prices during the first week of the same month, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
According to the bulletin, the average price of 95 octane gasoline increased from $632 to $655 per ton, by 3.6 percent.
The average price of gasoline (90 octane) also increased from $614 to $634 per ton, by 3.3 percent, and the average price of diesel rose from $625 to $634 per ton, by 1.4 percent.
The average price of kerosene also increased from $659 to $669 per ton, by 1.5 percent, and the average price of fuel oil increased from $414 to $428 per ton, by 3.4 percent.
As for liquefied petroleum gas, its average price increased from $521 to $541 per ton, by 3.8 percent.
The average price of Brent crude rose from $70 to $72 per barrel, by 2.9 percent.
