The number of inquiries executed through the “Crave” service last year for various sectors reached 2.2 million inquiries, an increase of 22% over the previous year, according to data from the Credit Information Company in Jordan.

The data obtained by the Kingdom showed an increasing growth in Crave Jordan’s services, as bank inquiries through Crave recorded an increase of 24%, reaching approximately 1.4 million inquiries, and microfinance companies carried out more than 450 thousand inquiries, an increase of 8%. Financial leasing companies’ inquiries also increased significantly, as their growth rate reached 71%, with approximately 18 thousand inquiries, while inquiries from non-banking financing companies decreased by 9% to record Approximately 280 thousand inquiries.

As for telecommunications companies; It recorded exceptional growth last year by 1034%. To reach approximately 23.5 thousand queries, compared to 2000 uses in 2024.

Regarding reporting data during the past year, the number of reports issued reached approximately 2.3 million reports, a growth of 23% over the previous year. The number of records for individuals and companies reached approximately 3 million records, an increase of 7%. Contract records belonging to individuals and companies increased by 13%, reaching approximately 12.3 million records, while the number of entities providing data last year reached 65 entities.

Crave’s digital services witnessed a noticeable expansion in 2025, as approximately 51,000 reports were issued through individual banking channels, an increase of 48%.

Regarding modern digital services, 170 reports have been issued to companies through banking channels since the launch of the service in July of last year.

As for the latest services provided by Crave through the Sanad application, they recorded a remarkable demand, as nearly 75,000 credit reports were issued to individuals, since the service was added to Sanad on January 28, 2025.

It also issued more than 35,000 evaluation reports for individuals through the Sanad application, after the service became available on June 23, 2025.

The number of objections during the past year reached 9 objections, including 7 objections to banks and two objections to microfinance companies.
