Amman Today – The Minister of Investment, Dr. Tariq Abu Ghazaleh, received today the French Ambassador to Jordan, Franck Gillet, and his accompanying delegation, and the two sides discussed ways to enhance economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, Dr. Abu Ghazaleh stressed the depth of bilateral relations between the two countries, stressing the importance of building on them to expand investment partnerships and enhance economic cooperation, in light of the promising opportunities that Jordan provides in vital sectors that the Ministry of Investment is working to develop and enhance their competitiveness, through a stable and attractive investment environment, supported by an integrated system of legislation, incentives and investment facilities.

For his part, the French ambassador praised the efforts and steps taken by the Jordanian government to develop the investment environment, stressing his country’s keenness to continue joint work and coordination in a way that contributes to strengthening bilateralism and opening new horizons for investment between the two sides, in a way that serves the common interests of the two friendly countries.
