The President of the Economic and Social Council, Musa Shteiwi, said that the results of the social dialogue regarding the results of the actuarial study of the Social Security Institution did not result in any recommendation, whether to raise or reduce the monthly subscription rate.

He stated during his talk to the Sixty Minutes program on Jordanian TV today that there is no recommendation by the Council to raise the monthly deduction rate for Social Security subscribers.
He pointed out that the current percentage is already described as high, and was not addressed in the social dialogue with union and party activists, experts, and specialized study centers.
He pointed out that everyone was careful in their recommendations to preserve the institution as the official institution for social protection in Jordan, pointing out that most of the recommendations that did not reach great consensus or complete agreement were not adopted.
