Amman Today – The Minister of State for Public Sector Development, Engineer Badriya Al-Bilbisi, visited today, Thursday, Al Al-Bayt University and the branch of the Institute of Public Administration at Yarmouk University, to review the implementation of the training program “Enhancing the Capacities of Workers on the Front Lines.”

During her visit, in which she was accompanied by the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, Eng. Siham Al-Khawaldeh, Al-Bilbisi indicated that the visit comes within the framework of the Ministry and the Institute’s plan to enhance training spread in the various governorates of the Kingdom.

She stressed the keenness of both sides to provide a training environment close to the employees’ work sites to facilitate their participation and reduce the financial and logistical burdens, in a way that enhances the sustainability of holding training programs in the public sector and enhances the participation of employees from all governorates, stressing the importance of training in raising the capabilities of workers and developing government performance, which is reflected in providing better service to citizens.

For her part, Al-Khawaldeh explained that implementing the program in all governorates reflects the Institute’s commitment to expanding the scope of its training programs to include all regions of the Kingdom, stressing that the Institute continues to develop its training content in line with the priorities of administrative modernization and the needs of government institutions.

She pointed out the importance of the program as it targets the group that deals directly with citizens, with the aim of enabling them to provide high-quality services that meet the aspirations of citizens, stressing the Institute’s keenness to conduct periodic visits that include all governorates to ensure the progress of the training programs and ensure that their objectives are optimally achieved.

The program participants expressed their appreciation for the training content provided, noting that the practical and applied nature of the sessions contributed to enhancing their practical skills and improving their interaction with daily issues at their work sites. They looked forward to continuing to hold face-to-face programs because of the opportunities they provided for direct interaction and exchange of experiences.
