A 36-year-old man died of an electric shock while he was filling the water tank of his house in Al-Eis area in Tafilah Governorate, according to a security source.

In the details of the incident, according to the security source, the thirty-year-old, while he was at his home, on Sunday evening, filled the water tank, which is located near a “high pressure” electricity pole, which led to an electric shock that killed him.

An autopsy was carried out in the southern forensic medicine department, by order of the competent public prosecutor, as he explained the cause of death as the cessation of the circulatory and respiratory system resulting from electric shock.
