The family of the murdered Jordanian student, Iman Irsheed, agreed to forgive the family of their daughter’s killer, who committed suicide by firing squad after he killed her in cold blood on the campus of a Jordanian university in the capital, Amman.

The family of the murdered girl initially demanded 500,000 Jordanian dinars, and later the amount, after negotiation, reached 70,000 Jordanian dinars.

The girl’s father tore up the faith “check” that was written by the chief of the prestige, for the sake of God Almighty, refusing to accept the money as a blood money for the murder, which is the amount of money that is usually taken to forgive the murderer’s family to prevent revenge.

During the reconciliation, the father of the murdered girl, Iman, said that the killer was a coward because he assaulted a girl and a university student, and if he was alive, he would have “drinked his blood.”
