The text of the draft Cybercrime Law for the year 2023, proposed to the House of Representatives, stipulates that anyone who intentionally sends, resends, or publishes data or information that includes false news, defamation, defamation, or contempt of any person.
According to the text of the draft law, the penalty shall be imprisonment for a period of no less than three months and a fine of no less than 20,000 twenty thousand dinars and no more than 40,000 forty thousand dinars, and previous crimes are prosecuted by the Public Prosecution without the need to file a complaint or claim a personal right if it is directed at one of The authorities in the state, official bodies, public administrations, one of its members, or any public employee while carrying out his job or because of what he did by virtue of it.
Anyone who unlawfully propagandizes, attributes, or ascribes to a person, or contributes to that, acts that would assassinate his personality, shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of no less than three months, and a fine of no less than twenty-five thousand dinars and no more than 50,000 fifty thousand dinars.
