A video clip of their visit was shared on Instagram, and the royal account commented on it: “Earlier this week, the King and Queen walked the route that visitors to Buckingham Palace will follow this summer, now that the room is open to the public, and Their Majesties have met the staff responsible for organizing This year’s exhibition, which includes items from the coronation of the King and Queen in May.
The coronation garments worn by the royal couple for the king’s historic coronation were included in the exhibition, where visitors were able to examine a robe Charles’s robe of estate which he wore while out Westminster Abbey on May 6th.
