Today, Sunday, the Official Gazette issued an amended system for the specialized tourist transport licensing system for the year 2023.

The amended law included canceling the text of Clause 2 of Paragraph (a) of Article 4 of the original law, and replacing it with the following text: “Licensed and operating companies are obligated to correct the conditions of their tourist vehicles in terms of the operational life stipulated in Clause 1 of the paragraph for tourist vehicles that are no less than Its year of manufacture is from (2006) within a period of one year from the date of entry into force of the provisions of this amended system.
