How to make pasta with sauce:

Spaghetti pasta packet.

2 One tablespoon of chopped fresh basil.

5 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

A teaspoon of fresh thyme.

How to prepare:

A pot of water and salt is raised on the fire until it boils.

Then the pasta is placed in the water until it is cooked and then drained.

Then sauté the oil with garlic and onions.

Then add the tomato paste and leave it on the stove until it softens.

Then put the pasta and stir.

Then add basil and thyme and simmer for five minutes.

How to make liver with apostasy: Ingredients:

1/2 A kilo of beef liver, cut into wide and thin slices.

minced garlic.

Lemon juice.

salt.

black pepper.

cumin.

1/2 Rose cup.

2 tablespoons of flour.

How to prepare:

Marinate the liver slices with garlic, lemon, salt and the aforementioned spices for half an hour at most.

Then add the flour to the apostasy and the same mixture of the previous spices, with the addition of a little salt.

Then the liver slices are placed in the apostasy mixture and pressed.

Then put in the fridge for at least half an hour before browning.

Then fry the liver slices in medium-hot, not heavy oil, for a maximum of 3 minutes on each side, served with tahini and baladi bread.
