The Land Transport Regulatory Authority confirmed the activation of the public transport action plan during the Eid Al-Adha holiday.

The Director General of the Authority, Abdul Rahim Al-Wreikat, said in a statement today, Tuesday, that the Authority has taken a number of measures to ensure the continuation of transport movement during the Eid holiday, including the continuation of the work of field observers in all the main departure and arrival centers in the Kingdom, in addition to the Authority’s offices, throughout the Eid days. .

He pointed out that the observers will supervise the continuity of providing public transport services and providing means of transportation for passengers during the Eid holiday at the main departure and arrival centers and at their residence locations.

He added that the movement of goods continues during the Eid holiday, in cooperation with the authority’s partner agencies, to ensure the continued flow of goods to their destinations smoothly and without interruption.
