Al-Bawsala – The Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply, Minister of Labor, Youssef Al-Shamali, inspected today, Saturday, a number of markets, including commercial shops, especially chicken shops, to find out the abundance of quantities and prices.
According to a statement, Al-Shamali affirmed that the ministry will continue to monitor chicken prices locally and will not hesitate to take any necessary measures to maintain the stability of prices and prevent their unjustified rise.
The statement revealed that through the follow-ups carried out by the ministry, it was found that the increase in chicken prices is due to the death of large numbers of chicken birds due to weather fluctuations.
