How to make mango cake: Ingredients:


Half a kilo of sponge flour.

5 eggs.

How to prepare mango cake:


At first, beat the eggs with the vanilla, vinegar and water all at once, until the texture becomes thicker.


Then we start adding sponge flour gradually to the mixture.


Then it is placed in a tray greased with ghee and it enters a hot oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.


When the cake calms down, it is watered with mango juice.


Then beat the cream chantilly with the milk and put it on top of the cake.


The cake is decorated with mango pieces, glazed with glaze, and placed in the fridge two hours before serving to family members or guests.
