The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Development and Free Zones, Dr. Khalaf Al-Hamisat, said that the price of the Ajloun cable car ticket for the Jordanian citizen will be 4 dinars.

He added, in a statement on Public Security Radio, that the ticket price for non-Jordanians will be 8 dinars.

Al-Hamisat announced the opening of the Ajloun cable car to citizens tomorrow, Friday.

The length of the cable car is 2.5 kilometers, as the first station starts from the plot allocated to the company within the lands of the Ajloun development area, while the second station will be to exit near Ajloun Castle.

Work began on the implementation of the Ajloun “cable car” project at the end of May 2020, as the “cable car” route extends 2.5 kilometers long; “Its first stop will start in the plot designated for the company within the lands of Al-Sawan development area in Ajloun, while the second stop will be near Ajloun Castle, where the project includes 40 vehicles that can be expanded, with a capacity of 8 people per vehicle,” according to previous statements by the group.
