Today, Monday, the quantities of vegetables, fruits, and leafy vegetables imported into the central wholesale market of the Greater Amman Municipality amounted to 3,447 tons, including 2,378 tons of vegetables, 863 tons of fruits, and 206 tons of leafy greens.

According to the central market bulletin and the price list of items entering the market, according to the lowest and highest price per kilogram, the price of black Ajami eggplant ranged between 10 and 20 piasters, dry onions between 15 and 25, potatoes between 20 and 30, tomatoes between 6 and 12, carrots between 25 and 40, and cucumbers between 20 and 30. And the flower between 25 and 50, the lemon between 50 and 70, and the local banana between 50 and 65 piasters.
