Ahmed said in his interview with “The Seventh Day” that his studies at the Faculty of Commerce were far from the art that he saturated with as a hobby since childhood, which qualified him from childhood to enter several art competitions, and he continued that he cut off art for a while after he was getting the first place in Many competitions at the level of the Republic, but he re-focused on his talent 5 years ago, but this time in a more professional and masterful manner, and focused on the gift that God endowed him with.

He added that he started painting intermittently as a gift to his friends and in some famous places in Port Said Governorate, until he reached the point of painting outside the governorate from which he started his journey, and he added about the Pharaonic mural, saying: “The idea of the Pharaonic mural came from the owners of the place because they are lovers of the Pharaonic civilization and they were They want to create a pharaonic-style place, and of course they faced a lot of criticism because the pioneers of the place are young men and women who are not attracted to this type of drawings or lack of knowledge about it.” The murals he painted were not only portraits, but the stars of art had a share, as he painted One of the murals is by the late artist Ismail Yassin, and this was also at the request of a friend, and he not only painted the walls, but also mastered the design of distinctive shapes on cars, especially those used as decoration in several places.

He continued that he wanted to mix the ancient and the modern in the mural until it appeared as if it were from the ancient Egyptian civilization, but in the year 2023, and concluded by saying: “I hope that in the coming period I will present many murals on the Pharaonic civilization in a modern way that is commensurate with the spirit of the era and teaches new generations that there is a civilization that we must be proud of.” We document it and revive it as long as there is an opportunity for that,” explaining that art is love for life and colors, belonging to the homeland, and documenting its history, even if with a simple thing.
