The prices of oil derivatives rose in the global markets in the first week of June, compared to their prices in May, according to data announced by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, today, Sunday.
According to the data, in the first week of June, 90-octane gasoline recorded a price of $736.8 per ton, compared to the average price of last May, which amounted to $727.2, an increase of 1.3 percent.
The price of 95-octane gasoline reached $787 per ton, compared to $770 per ton recorded in May, an increase of 2.2 percent.
The price of diesel increased from $614.4 per ton to $625.7 per ton, an increase of 1.8 percent. The price of kerosene also increased from $676 per ton to $677 per ton, an increase of 0.2 percent.
The price of fuel oil decreased from $424.8 per ton to $416.9 per ton, a decrease of 1.9 percent. 20.3 percent.
On the other hand, the average price of Brent crude increased in the first week of this month to reach $72.2 per barrel, compared to its average price in May, which amounted to $75.7, with an increase of 0.7 percent.
