Al-Bawsala – One person died and others were injured, during a brawl in the Karima area of ​​Irbid governorate, according to the Public Security Directorate.

The Directorate said, on Sunday, that a report was received by the West Irbid Police Directorate that there was a quarrel between a number of people in the Karima area of ​​Irbid, where a security force immediately went to the site and the quarrel was resolved.

She added that the parties to the quarrel were arrested, and a person who ran over a group of people was arrested, which led to the death of forty people and the injury of a number of people.

She indicated that first aid was provided to the injured by civil defense cadres and they were treated to receive treatment, as the death was evacuated to the forensic medicine center.

She noted that investigations have been launched.
