The Jordanian National Campaign to Overthrow the Gas Agreement with the Zionist Entity (The Enemy Gas is Occupation) announced its full solidarity with the Partnership and Rescue Party, and its condemnation of the restrictions, pressures and attempts to revoke its license, and thus prevent it from political and public work.

And she said in a press statement that reached “Al-Bawsala” that the Partnership and Rescue Party, during its relatively short life, made important contributions to the local political scene, and initiatives that serve what we all seek in terms of changing the approach that has led us to disasters of indebtedness, dependence, authoritarianism, and monopoly of decision-making.

She pointed out that the party “is still an essential member of our campaign, and an active part of its follow-up committee, and the party’s presence in the campaign and its leadership bodies will continue to exist, occupied by its representatives, regardless of the status of its “official license” or not. The right to political action and public participation is a right. Natural does not wait for anyone’s approval, nor is it a favor from anyone.

The campaign expressed its regret that the decision-makers, who talk day and night about “bringing about political development” in the country, use all non-democratic means (from arrests, summons to security pressures, mechanisms of social blackmail and threats to livelihood, engineering elections, and transforming the House of Representatives into a state of clientelism). To present a formally “democratic” scene, essentially autocratic, and work, above all, in favor of consolidating the strategic dependence on the Zionist enemy (through gas and water deals), and diverting our country’s scarce financial resources in favor of Zionist terrorism, contrary to our security and strategic interests, which provides direct financial support for its settlements, terrorism, and criminal substitution project in Palestine, instead of investing our money in our country, to develop our economy, provide job opportunities for our citizens, and strengthen our sovereignty in the strategic aspects related to energy, electricity, and water.

The campaign concluded by saying: All solidarity with the Partnership and Rescue Party, as its stubborn struggle continues in the face of those who want to subjugate our country and our citizens in favor of the project of dependence, impoverishment and Zionism, and employ them to serve their own narrow interests, under bright verbal slogans that prove their actions false and misleading.
