Today, Tuesday, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Safadi, made a phone call with the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, Hakan Fidan, during which he congratulated him on assuming his responsibilities.

The two ministers agreed to meet as soon as possible for detailed talks on ways to develop cooperation and regional issues.

Al-Safadi and Fidan affirmed the continuation of work to strengthen brotherly relations between the two brotherly countries, and to increase cooperation in various fields.
The two ministers also stressed the importance of coordination between the two countries on regional and international issues, and efforts to resolve crises in the region and achieve security and stability.
Al-Safadi and Fidan affirmed the solidity of the historical relations between the Kingdom and Turkey, which are witnessing continuous development under the auspices of King Abdullah II and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
