The Social Security Corporation called on all insured persons who are included in the hazardous occupations system and have completed the conditions for entitlement to an early retirement salary to review the insurance branch to which their employer belongs and provide it with the title and job description so that the branch verifies that they are properly included in the hazardous occupations system and finds out the periods of their participation in it. The Foundation indicated that the Social Security Law distinguished workers in professions that were officially approved as dangerous professions according to the system of insurance benefits issued according to it, as it allowed the insured to apply for an early retirement salary if his services ended after completing the age of (45), provided that he has A subscription period of not less than (216) contributions for males and (180) contributions for females, and that the establishment in which he works has paid (1%) of his wages in addition to the old-age, disability and death insurance contributions for his work in one of the hazardous professions for a period of no less than For sixty months during the last ten years preceding his entitlement and request to allocate this salary.

It is noteworthy that the Social Security Law defines hazardous occupations as “professions that lead to harm to the health or life of the insured as a result of exposure to hazardous factors or conditions in the work environment despite the application of occupational safety and health conditions and standards.”
