How to make Basbousa with Hazelnut: Ingredients:

2A cup of semolina flour

Half a cup of sugar

A teaspoon of baking powder

3 tablespoons of coconut optional

A tablespoon of flour

Half a cup of tourist ghee

Two tablespoons of glucose or honey

a spoonful of water


Yogurt box

for sherbet

One and a half cups of sugar

2Cup water


How to prepare Basbousa with Hazelnut:

Mix semolina with sugar, baking powder, regular flour and coconut

Then add the butter and mix well

Then mix until all semolina granules are covered with ghee

Then put the yogurt, glucose and a spoonful of water and stir gently until combined

Then put it in a tray size 28

Then put the hazelnuts and put them in a preheated oven

Then water it with sherbet as soon as it comes out of the oven, and the sherbet is also hot
