Remittances of workers abroad witnessed an improvement in their performance during April 2023 compared to March of the same year, by 5.5%, amounting to $274.8 million (194.8 million dinars), according to data issued by the Central Bank.

Remittances of workers abroad during the first third of this year amounted to about $1.103 billion (782.0 million dinars), compared to $1.131 billion (802.3 million dinars) during the corresponding period of last year.
