The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jordanian Cooperative Corporation, Minister of Agriculture, Eng. Al-Shalabi stressed that this decision encourages farmers in the Kingdom to cultivate their lands with wheat and barley crops, adding that the cooperative institution, through its seed multiplication stations in the northern, central and southern regions, began early preparations to receive farmers’ crops of wheat and barley seeds, according to the prices subsidized by the government. .
He pointed out that the cooperative institution worked through the National Plan for Sustainable Agriculture (2022-2025) to rehabilitate its stations, noting the paving of the stations yards, and the purchase of modern screening units with a screening capacity of 10 tons / hour.
