The King and the Saudi Crown Prince hold a meeting in Jeddah

King Abdullah II and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, held a meeting in Jeddah, on Friday.
The meeting, in the presence of Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, dealt with the well-established fraternal relations that unite the two countries and peoples, and ways to consolidate them in all fields.
During the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the Arab summit, it was stressed the need to expand the horizons of cooperation and maintain coordination and consultation between the two countries on issues of common concern, in order to achieve their interests and serve the Arab and Islamic nations.
The King appreciated the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in hosting the summit, and its constant keenness to strengthen the system of joint Arab action and unity of ranks.
The meeting touched on the latest regional and international developments, foremost of which is the Palestinian issue, and ways to reach political solutions to the crises in the region.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Safadi, and Director of the King’s Office, Jaafar Hassan.
