A country committee in Jordan to recruit teachers

The Qatari Ministry of Education and Higher Education has dispatched a specialized committee to Jordan to recruit teachers to work in Qatari schools, starting from the next academic year 2023-2024.
The Qatari embassy in Jordan announced that the tests were conducted for 488 Jordanian teachers from various disciplines needed by the public education sector in Qatar.
Qatar’s ambassador to Jordan, Sheikh Saud bin Nasser bin Jassim Al Thani, said that this number of teachers who have been tested is the second batch of teachers that the Qatari Ministry of Education and Higher Education intends to attract to fill available vacancies in various schools.
Ambassador Al-Thani indicated that the Ministry of Education in Qatar has limited the application for vacant positions in the field of education for the academic year 2024-2023 to teachers residing in the State of Qatar and teachers from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as the Jordanian teacher has academic and educational expertise that has a distinguished role in implementing educational plans. Which the State of Qatar aims to implement in the field of public education.
Ambassador Al-Thani stressed that the various ministries and sectors continue to attract Jordanian competencies, and benefit from their expertise in various fields, in implementation of the directives of His Highness the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, to provide 20,000 job opportunities for the Jordanian brothers.
