The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship has provided a new mechanism for sending notes, suggestions, and complaints regarding services provided on the Sanad platform, personal information services, digital documents, and digital signatures.

The ministry said in a statement today, Monday, that it is working to follow up all proposals and complaints accurately, noting that the Sanad team will communicate with customers as soon as possible.

It affirmed its keenness to provide the best standards of services and to ensure the extent of customer satisfaction with what is provided.

Suggestions and complaints can be sent by entering the “Sanad” application, selecting “Suggestions and Complaints”, writing the required suggestion or complaint and pressing Send.
